Culture-centered.
People-first.

At Virus, we don’t just clock in and out—we show up for each other, for the work, and for the kind of life we want to live. Because we believe creativity doesn’t flourish in isolation or burnout—it thrives where people feel connected, valued, and inspired.

Our culture spans time zones and continents, with team members working remotely from places like Canada, Bali, and Japan. We fully support flexible and remote work—because we trust our people, and we know that great ideas aren’t bound by geography. Whether you’re working from a cozy home setup or a beachside café, what matters most is staying connected, collaborative, and creatively alive.

Work from Home from El Nido

Post-pandemic, remote work reshaped the way we collaborate. But flexibility alone wasn’t enough. Disconnection, burnout, and a fading sense of culture began to creep in.

So Virus took “Work from Home” to another level and launched its Work From Home from El Nido program.

We flew 40 team members to El Nido, Palawan. A dorm-style home became our beachfront office, powered by Starlink. Same deliverables, same expectations—but a radically different energy.

The program was featured in Estel, El Nido’s own lifestyle magazine, in an article titled “Redefining Workspaces: The El Nido Experiment on Joy and Efficiency”

Work and Life in Sync

Every month, we still gather, our employees often coming in from different parts of the region, for themed celebrations at our HQ that remind us how fun it is to be in the same room. Every once in a while we explore the world together, with company trips designed to reignite our sense of wonder and widen our perspectives.

We believe a change of scenery can change everything. That’s why we employ a co-working style office setup, and encourage employees to work where they feel they are most conducive—just to shake things up and break routine. And when we’re not recharging or creating, we’re giving back—through CSR initiatives that support communities, the environment, and each other.

Game nights at the office, pop-up workspaces, spontaneous brainstorms over pizza—we wouldn't call them perks; it's just how things are here. They’re proof that at Virus, we’ve built a culture where good energy flows, ideas spark freely, and people actually love working together.

Progressive, human, and always evolving—that’s the Virus way.
